1. Power Bank
Always bring a power bank because it is perfect for emergencies and can seriously be a lifesaver. Especially when you forgot to charge your phone or when you’re just in a hurry that you can’t charge.
It is also great when traveling without worrying about preserving your phone’s battery plus a power bank is small and light enough to fit in your bag.
2. Feminine Product
Always have an extra feminine product when going out because you’ll never exactly know when will be your time of the month.
3. Makeup Bag
Having a makeup bag where you can put all your makeup and necessities in one, is incredibly helpful.
It will help you stay organized and you can easily just transfer between different bags without pulling out all your things.
4. Sunglasses
Wearing sunglasses not only can make you look stylish, but it can also reduce the amount of UV rays from entering your eyes and it protects your eyes from debris.
5. Face wipes and Small Tissue
Having face wipes and tissue in your bag is super helpful, as it helps you maintain cleanliness and comfort.
I couldn’t stress how important to always have them in your bag because you can use them as bathroom tissue, facial tissue, paper towels, and table napkins. Plus, when it’s really hot you can just use face wipes to feel refreshed.
6. Gum
Chewing gum can save you from worrying about your breath after finishing a delicious meal.
Always choose a sugarless gum, to keep your teeth healthy because it can remove food debris and increase your saliva flow.
7. Hand Cream
There is nothing much better than self-care. Having a hand cream can not only hydrate your skin but it can also relieve stress because it eases tension and calms your nerves.
8. Notebook
Some people might ask “Why should I bring a notebook when I have a phone?” Well, it’s because you’ll never know when inspiration strikes you and a notebook never runs out of batteries.
Especially when you need to take note of something important, you need to write it down to remember it. Not all the time you can rely on your memory especially when you’re really busy.
9. Pen and Pencil
Always carry a writing tool, to be prepared when you need to write something down. It is also convenient rather than borrowing a pen from someone.
10. Small Perfume
Having a good scent can make people have a good impression of you and knowing that you smell good can increase your confidence.
You can try White Musk perfume from the Body Shop it is my favorite perfume and I get a lot of compliments when I used it.
11. Bobby Pins and Hair Ties
Having a hair tie and bobby pins in your bag is very convenient especially when you need to keep your hair in place.
I 100% recommend scrunchies as a hair tie because it won’t damage your hair and leave a dent. Since it’s the elastic band is concealed with fabric that is super gentle to your hair. Besides scrunchies are timeless.
12. Tiny First Aid Kit
Accidents are unexpected, which is why to always be prepared and bring a tiny first aid kit with you at all times.
13. Bag Light
A bag light is very helpful especially when you have a big handbag. I know how hassle it is to look for things inside your bag when it’s dark, and a bag light can help you with that.
14. Personal Alarm and Pepper Spray
To me, pepper spray and the personal alarm must always be the top priority. Carrying pepper spray or a personal alarm is very important especially because it will help you protect yourself. Especially when your walking alone or when you’re commuting all by yourself.
The effect of a pepper spray usually lasts 30 minutes and it incapacitates the attracter. While a personal alarm will draw your attention especially when it matters the most.
15. Deodorant
Having a deodorant is helpful because it can kill bacteria that can cause an unpleasant odor. Not only that but it can help you feel fresh and worry-free.
16. Pou-pourri
We’ve all been there, when nature calls it’s really hard stopping it, and doing so is bad for the health.
Pou-pourri can help you with that because it transforms your bathroom experience by just a simple spray and you don’t have to worry when the next person comes in.
17. Migraine Stick
Having one is a lifesaver. I use it when I just need time to calm down since it’s very relaxing. Plus, it can help you lessen a painful migraine and dizziness.
18. Hand Sanitizer
Without frequently sanitizing your hands, harmful germs and bacteria can transmit from surface to surface and person to person.
Also, unknowingly touching your face with your hands that are full of germs and bacteria can not only cause acne but also sickness.
19. Hairbrush
Your hair is your crowning glory; it is a representation of yourself and must be taken care of. Having your hair always tidy and polished can always give you an instant confidence boost, and it is one of the first few things that people will notice about you.
20. Tide Pen
I know how it feels when you just want to enjoy your food, then suddenly the food fell to your favorite outfit. It just ruins your day especially if the stain is hard to remove.
Well, the tide pen can help you with that, it erases common stains so you could just keep calm and be worry-free. This is absolutely perfect for people who love to wear light-colored clothes, but just be quick to erase the stain.
21. Straw
Even if it’s just a small thing, bringing your straw and not using plastic straws outside can be a huge help to the environment. Especially to animals like sea turtles in the ocean.
The great thing about these straws is that they are reusable and it’s easy to clean, that you could just rinse it off after use.
22. Lip Balm
Sometimes when I get nervous, I have a bad habit of peeling the skin off my lips which is why a lip balm is always a must-have for me.
This is perfect for you if you have chapped and dry lips. Even if you don’t have dry lips, a lip balm will always be a must-have as it can hydrate and heal your lips faster.
23. Snacks and Water
Always stay hydrated and don’t forget to bring a snack, because no one can function properly if they are hungry.
24. Small Umbrella
Rain or shine you’re always prepared with an umbrella. Having one can also prevent the hassle of being stranded in the rain and it protects your skin from the harmful effects of the sun.

This is a really good list! I have most of these items in my bag, but could definitely put more. I always go back and forth between having a hair brush or not because when I do have it in my bag, it just takes up space and I never use it. But then when I actually need it, I never have it.
LoveSofie says
Omg, same! I always tend to forget my hairbrush whenever I need it and thank you so much!
