The first step in having healthy and glowing skin is to own your skin.
Don’t always look at the mirror and look at the negative things with your skin.
Instead focus on what you like about yourself, doing this can help you have more self-confidence.

1. Eat Healthy Fats
Your diet plays a huge part in making your skin look healthy and glowing. When you eat healthily it will show through your skin. Eating healthy fats can help in hydrating your skin and making it radiate.
Some examples of healthy fats include avocados, nuts, and coconut oil
2. Stick With What Works For You
I know how difficult it is to not buy new products especially when your favorite influencer talks positively about it and when with ads trying to convince us.
Despite that, you should stick with what works for you and don’t try different products at the same because it can damage your skin. Stick to one.
3. Let It Be
I couldn’t emphasize this enough do not pop your pimples and just let it be. It might take for a few days but it would go away on its own. Popping it will only spread the bacteria and the results will end up in more acnes, plus the pimple that you pop will scar.
One tip that I can share with you is to use a pimple patch. Instead of popping and picking on your blemishes put on a pimple patch instead. I recommend trying out the CORSYX pimple patch, it is super effective in flattening and reducing the redness of the pimple.
4. Wash Your Pillowcase
One of the causes of acne is your pillowcase because when you lay down on your pillow, the oils and bacteria will transfer to your face. At least wash your pillowcase once every two weeks.
5. Let Your Face Breath
Makeup can is fun but applying too much makeup on a daily basis can clog your pores. This is why it is best for you to let your face be free from makeup at least twice a week. By doing so, it will leave you with a healthier face, because there will be no dirt and germ residue left to interrupt the production of new skin cells.
6. Coconut Oil
Coconut oil is incredibly popular due to its versatility. It is incredibly helpful in moisturizing your skin especially if you have dry skin, and it can be also used as an alternative to your makeup remover as it is gentle for your skin.
When it comes to Coconut oil, I 100% recommend looking for a cold-pressed product like Nutiva’s Organic Coconut Oil. As much as possible don’t go for hot-pressed oils because it undergoes oxidization that can lose a lot of healthy compounds.
7. Clean Hair
To prevent breakouts all over your face, make sure to always have clean hair. Keeping your hair clean can also maintain a healthy appearance and natural shine.

wow, I love the layout on your website. I didn’t know you can put coconut oil on your face. I always hear people talking about it but I never know what people use it for.
I definitely agree with the pillowcase. I think it’s important to switch it up during the week. I even switch different sides of my pillow case to make the most out of it.

aww.. thank you so much!
It’s great how you take care of your skin by keeping in mind the cleanliness of your pillowcase. When I feel really lazy I do the same as you do by switching different sides haha
